Summary: "Connie and Ralph [Lopez] enjoyed visiting family in Mexico. There they purchased a colorful terra cotta pot to remind them of home. Pinto beans, also a staple at home were cooked in a pot on the stove until they were soft. Connie liked to use this decorative pot, along with items from the restaurant, to the Kansas Historical Society in 2008."
